Under the current Covid restrictions, working from home can be a once in a lifetime opportunity to really focus on our own personal health and fitness. 
Sometimes all you need is a baseline and a little guidance to set you on your own fitness journey. Together we will complete a fitness assessment, evaluating your goals, concerns and lifestyle health makers. From there we will discuss the options which will not only keep you on track, but make you the best version of you!

Zoom Virtual Bootcamps
From May 1, 2 face-to-face participants are allowed in each session, in addition to the virtual session. Please SMS email details to 0413 120 768 to receive Zoom invitation link.
Chocolate Fitness Land Sessions are held in the Balgowlah & Manly areas on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Bookings are preferred but not essential.
Bookings are essential for Chocolate Kayak Fitness, as kayaks are tailored to individuals (experience and fitness) and sessions are organized according to conditions on the day.
