Session Descriptions 

Please note, if temps climb to plus 30 degrees, we can cool off! Beach sessions with SUPS are an option (for an additional $7 SUP hire)

BEACH HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), 

An efficient, all over body workout with short, frequent, high intensity bursts, mixed with muscle group exercises. Caters to all fitness levels with focus on form and posture. 

CIRCUIT

This is the quintessential fusion session. Combining Tabata, Barre, Bootcamp, Boxing, Pilates it is a real box of assorted chocolates!

 
KAYAK & BEACH FITNESS
Kayak to remote harbour beaches, stretch and then it's time to work that lower body. Beginning and ending at Oceanworld 
 

OFF THE GRID ADVENTURE SESSIONS

Without wanting to spoil the element of surprise, these unofficial sessions may include fisherman's trails, cliff edges, waterfalls, ancient rock carvings (and secretly maybe a little trespassing). There are so many incredible corners so nearby to explore. Please note, these sessions are totally at your own risk. Remember your insect repellent, sun screen and water.

PERSONAL TRAINING

I will help you to find inspiration for a lifetime of fitness and to achieve your goals in every way possible including: weekly personalized exercise schedules, motivational texts, sourcing and purchase of fitness aids on your behalf, and connection and integration with specialists such as nutritionists, physiotherapists and life coaching in order to create a holistic well-being program. Your success is my biggest success!

AROUND THE HOOD RUN & BODYWEIGHT

A slightly shorter session designed to fill you with nature's energy, inspire you with a sunrise, and get you to work on time! This session caters for all levels, but will include running of approximately 5 km (longer if you are a speedster) plus bodyweight along the way. During summer months, bring the goggles and wear swimmers under running gear - a lap or two at Reef Beach will be on the agenda.

 
CORPORATE FITNESS & FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Are you looking for a fun and energizing way to kick start your conference or regular weekly sessions for your team either onsite or outdoors? Our sessions are well prepared, client fitness is screened and reported (utilizing state of the art bio impedance scales and postural analysis)and sites are researched. We promise a memorable session that will be raved about!
PLUS: Nutritional workshops and consultations with Krys Lojek Nutrition. 
And CATERING can be arranged
